At Ashton Globes, each order is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before being shipped.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and you can expect your order to be shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
Please note: we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays as we may need to contact you for clarification.
Customs clearance can also extend shipping times in certain countries. Local customs offices may request additional documents before your order can be released. Most orders are delivered through your local postal service and may arrive with your regular mail. If you’re unavailable during delivery, a notice card will be left with pickup instructions.
Our main fulfillment center is located in the United States.
If an item is not available in our U.S. facility, your order may ship from our Hong Kong workshop to ensure timely delivery.
If customs impose additional tariffs, simply contact us — we’ll promptly reimburse you for the fee.

Cut-Off Time
Our daily order processing cut-off time is 5 PM Eastern Time.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We can only ship to one address per order.
If you wish to send Ashton Globes to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each address.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses
We proudly ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that these shipments may take slightly longer due to additional delivery steps.
