Ashton Globes Return Policy
We want you to love your globe as much as the memory it holds. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your globe upon arrival and contact us right away if it is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because each Ashton Globe is custom-made with your personal photo or engraving, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please complete the return process first. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for your preferred item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding your refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
